Shipping & Delivery Process

We make bringing your new Beagle puppy home as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether you prefer to pick up in person or have your puppy delivered, we handle every step with care and clear communication.

Delivery Options

1. Local Pickup You are always welcome to pick up your puppy in person. We will schedule a convenient time, walk you through the health records and care instructions, and make sure you leave feeling confident and prepared.

2. Ground Delivery (Door-to-Door) For families within driving distance, we can arrange safe, climate-controlled ground transport directly to your home. This option is often the least stressful for the puppy and allows for a more personal hand-off.

3. Air Travel (When Needed) When distance requires it, we can arrange airline transport for your puppy. We work with experienced pet shippers and follow airline guidelines for age, health certificates, and carrier requirements. This option is discussed and planned carefully with you in advance.

How the Process Works

  1. Reservation Confirmed Once you have chosen your puppy and completed the reservation, we will confirm the expected go-home date and discuss the best delivery method for your location.
  2. Pre-Travel Preparation Your puppy receives a final veterinary health check and the required health certificate for travel. We prepare a travel kit that typically includes:
    • Current vaccination and deworming records
    • Health certificate
    • A small supply of the food your puppy is currently eating
    • A familiar blanket or toy with the scent of home
    • Written care instructions for the first days
  3. Travel Day We carefully place your puppy in an airline-approved or travel-safe carrier. Temperature, comfort, and safety are our top priorities. You will receive updates so you know when your puppy is on the way.
  4. Arrival & Hand-Off Whether by ground or air, we coordinate the timing so someone is available to receive the puppy promptly. We stay in contact until your puppy is safely in your hands.

Preparing for Your Puppy’s Arrival

We recommend having the following ready before your puppy arrives:

  • A comfortable bed or crate
  • Basic supplies (water bowl, collar, leash, toys, cleanup materials)
